  • Rescan the payment QR code
  • If you’re entering the code manually, check for typos
  • Whenever possible, copy and paste codes

  • Scan the payment QR code directly from the other party’s device
  • Only scan payment QR codes generated from the apps
  • If a printed payment QR code is damaged or cannot be scanned successfully, try copying and pasting or entering the payment code manually

  • Send a smaller payment amount
