If you have trouble seeing your country in the drop down menu, or you are experiencing other problems with the DCash App, you should clear your cache.

1.Tap ‘Settings’, then ‘General’, and ‘Storage and iCloud Usage’.

2. Tap the ‘Manage Storage’ button at the top.

3. The page will show the apps that take up the most storage at the top. Tap on one of the apps.

4. If the app’s ‘Documents and Data’ entry shows that the app is taking up more than 500MB, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

If these steps don’t work, we ask that the device is turned off and back on. If that still doesn’t work, then the last option is to delete the app and reinstall.
